Northwest Vein & Aesthetic Center is a unique medical clinic dedicated to vascular health and wellness. Based in Gig Harbor, WA, the practice is highly regarded for excellence in customer experience and vascular expertise. The practice offers minimally invasive vein treatment, ultrasound imaging and comprehensive vascular evaluation, all in the convenience of the office environment. Additionally, aesthetic laser procedures, skin care treatments, noninvasive body toning and other cosmetic treatments are provided.
The practice is seeking a dynamic Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join the skilled team. Prior experience in a medical or surgical setting can be helpful but not requisite as all necessary training for you to be successful is provided.

Responsibilities:
- Providing great care and customer experience
- Performing patient assessment, measuring vital signs, recording history
- Prepping for office-based surgical procedures and assisting with cases
- Educating patients on pre & post-op instructions and providing follow-up assessment
- Contributing to a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Coverage of satellite locations
- Helping other team members when needed
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and great at prioritizing and multi-tasking. The candidate must communicate effectively and be customer oriented. Knowledge of human anatomy and sterile field/technique is helpful. CMA credential required.
