Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Salary: 75,000 annually
Location: Oregon (Clinic-based)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

We are a growing, clinician-led ABA therapy provider serving young children ages 2–5. Our focus is early intervention, ethical ABA, and manageable caseloads that allow BCBAs to do meaningful clinical work—without burnout.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality assessment, treatment planning, and clinical supervision for early-intervention ABA services. This role is ideal for a BCBA who values collaboration, clinical integrity, and working closely with families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, functional assessments)
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs
- Provide caregiver training and collaboration
- Ensure ethical, evidence-based service delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet funding requirements
- Maintain 25 hour weekly productivity
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
- Experience with early intervention (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical teams
