Primary Care Physician needed for industry leading Primary Care Group in Jacksonville, FL

- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9AM- 6PM) with 1 hour break and 1 hour admin time.

- Compensation: Base Salary $260,000-265,000 + annual bonus of 16.67% of salary
