Now Hiring: Experienced RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER
* A successful, locally owned, fast-growing restaurant group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a popular modern Italian restaurant in the heart of beautiful one of Fort Myers, FL.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of restaurant operations
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences every day
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service
- Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and profitability
- Build a positive culture that motivates employees and keeps guests coming back
- Help grow the business through local marketing and community involvement
Requirements:
- Experienced Restaurant General Manager or Assistant General Manager ready for the next step.
- Proven ability to handle a busy operation smoothly & efficiently while maintaining cool composure.
- A HANDS-ON, hard-working Manager, who leads and motivates by example.
- A proactive leader who can take ownership, react quickly, and run a busy operation independently without close supervision.
- Strong guest service and team-building skills.
- A strategic thinker, who understands operational systems, protocols, SOPs, etc.
- Marketing-oriented. Able to create and implement local marketing, and develop the restaurant for growth and expansion
- Experience managing restaurant financials, labor, scheduling, vendors, etc.
- A stable work history and a desire to build a long-term career
Also Preferred (But NOT Required):
- BOH / Kitchen Management experience
- ITALIAN and/or PIZZA restaurant experience
- New Restaurant Openings and/or Franchise development experience
- College and/or Culinary School degree.
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Lives nearby, familiarity with the Fort Myers market

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
