Position Overview
Responsible for labeling various sizes of bottles, dispensing pre-mixed liquid into them based on customer orders while maintaining all necessary documentation by performing the following duties.
Essential Job Functions
- Efficiently analyze, interpret data, organize, and track customer orders.
- Label bottles based on customer order requirements for quantities and related percentages of different liquids contained (as required).
- Dispense pre-mixed liquids based on percentage and/or rate chart requirements.
- Ability to document waste tracking using the appropriate form(s).
- Ability to document orders mixed during the day using the appropriate form(s).
- Analyze and interpret data from pre-mixed and/or base liquid labels.
- Ability to read charts to mix the appropriate base liquids with pre-mixed flavoring.
- Mix appropriate/accurate amounts of each liquid as called for by recipes.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information needed to complete your job, including but not limited to: recipes, mixing quantities, etc.
- Ability to operate pumps and other semi-automated machinery.
- Follow all lab policies and procedures in accordance with Company policy/procedure, AEMSA standards and FDA regulations within an ISO class 6-certified cleanroom.
Requirements
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to work quickly and safely with pre-mixed liquid, filling equipment, and small parts.
- Ability to adapt to fluctuating hot and cold temperatures ranging from 62-72 degrees Fahrenheit with an average temperature of 68 degrees.
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Ability to problem-solve and implement solutions.
- Ability to work efficiently while wearing all personal protection equipment, including but not limited to: hair nets, beard nets, lab coats, gloves, safety glasses.
- Maintain personal hygiene/cleanliness to comply with particulate counts per cleanroom certification requirements.
- Ability to learn and retain knowledge of liquid and its components.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work independently for a large portion of the day.
- Ability to position oneself to be able to traverse the work area quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to move totes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Able to navigate a computer system including use of a keyboard and/or mouse.
- Able to maintain focus and accuracy.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
