Responsibilities
- Operate power tools safely to move materials and components throughout the manufacturing facility
- Assist with assembly line tasks, ensuring products are assembled accurately and efficiently
- Use hand tools to support production processes and troubleshoot minor issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including warehouse spaces and assembly stations
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support inventory management by loading, unloading, and storing raw materials and finished goods
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quality standards
Qualifications
- Prior factory or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to operate power tools, and hand tools safely
- Willingness to learn assembly and preparation techniques
- Experience working on an assembly line or in a warehouse environment is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious mindset, and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with factory equipment is beneficial
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
