The Gardens at Camp Hill is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. If you're passionate about helping others regain independence and improve their quality of life, we'd love to meet you.
In this role, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based occupational therapy services that help our residents maximize their independence and safely return to the activities that matter most.
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals.
Provide skilled occupational therapy services to improve independence with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and functional performance.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy colleagues, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic interventions, adaptive equipment, and home safety strategies.
Accurately complete clinical documentation while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate to achieve optimal outcomes.
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in the State of Pennsylvania.
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Skilled Nursing Facility experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
