- Monday & Friday 10:00am - 7:00pm
- Tuesday through Thursday 1:00pm - 10:00pm
- Additional hours as needed during promotions, sales events, and holidays.

PM Luxxe is a fast-growing online boutique specializing in handbags, jewelry, accessories, and live shopping experiences. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and fast-paced Live Host Assistant to support our live sales team and help create an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
Live Sale Support
- Assist the live host during Facebook and social media live sales.
- Pull products quickly and accurately as they are presented.
- Track customer claims and purchases in real time.
- Ensure products shown on live are organized and readily available.
- Help keep the live sale running smoothly and efficiently.
Customer Service
- Monitor and respond to Facebook messages during live sales.
- Direct customers back to the live show.
- Answer basic questions regarding products, pricing, and claims.
- Assist customers with placing orders and claiming items.
- Maintain professional and friendly communication at all times.
Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory before, during, and after live sales.
- Restock and arrange products for upcoming lives.
- Ensure inventory counts remain accurate.
- Keep storage and work areas clean and organized.
Post-Live Responsibilities
- Verify and organize all customer claims.
- Match claimed items to customer orders.
- Assist with preparing orders for invoicing and fulfillment.
- Return inventory to proper locations after live events.
- Prepare product displays for the next live sale.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using Facebook, social media, and messaging platforms.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, move inventory, and work quickly during live events.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Previous retail, boutique, inventory, or live sales experience is a plus.
