Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life? A gentleman in Somerset, WI is seeking a dependable and compassionate caregiver through the Self-Directed Supports (SDS) program to provide one-on-one support in his home.
Location: Somerset, WI
Pay: $16.32–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
- Mondays: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Weekend Shifts: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
This is a meaningful opportunity to help someone with ALS maintain comfort, dignity, and independence while remaining in his own home.
Responsibilities Include:
Personal care and toileting assistance
Meal preparation and feeding support
Hoyer lift transfers (training available)
Medication reminders and assistance as directed
Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment
Companionship and engaging one-on-one support
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
Compassionate, dependable, and patient
Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
Willing to learn and follow the member’s care preferences
Reliable with a strong desire to make a positive impact
Caregiving experience is preferred, but not required. We will provide training for the right person who has a caring heart and is eager to learn.
Pay: $16.32 - $25.00 per hour
