Maintenance Engineer
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience in a hotel or similar setting and solid technical knowledge. You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.
Responsibilities
- Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter.
- Maintain a schedule of preventative maintenance tasks throughout hotel
- Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, shampooing carpets, etc.
- Perform minor fixes throughout facility such as, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, etc
- Conduct maintenance tasks such as changing lightbulbs, fixing door locks, etc
- Assist with set up for events hosted by facility
- Collaborate with workers and other professionals when needed
- Must have strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and solve problems.
- The candidate must have strong organizational skills and be able to perform duties as required by the supervisor or manager.
Skills
- Previous experience as a maintenance worker in a hotel or similar setting
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
