White Mountain Mining Company Steakhouse & Saloon is looking for a dependable, motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We are looking for someone who communicates well, takes pride in their station, and wants to be part of a team that is continually working to improve.
Hours:
Evening shifts: Monday–Saturday, approximately 3:00 PM–9:00 PM
Brunch shifts: Saturday & Sunday, approximately 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Scheduling may vary based on business needs.
Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and properly stocked station
- Completing prep work and restocking as needed
- Communicating clearly with other cooks, servers, and management
- Working together with the kitchen team during busy services
- Following recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures
- Properly storing, labeling, and rotating food
- Cleaning and maintaining your station throughout and at the end of each shift
- Assisting other stations and team members when needed
- Taking responsibility for your station and helping keep the kitchen running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
We want someone who understands that a strong kitchen takes teamwork. Communication, reliability, consistency, and a willingness to learn are important to us. We're continuing to improve and grow at White Mountain Mining, and we're looking for team members who want to be a part of that.
Restaurant or line cook experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider applicants who are dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, lift kitchen supplies and equipment, and be available for evening and/or weekend shifts.
Pay: Up to $14.00 per hour
