What You'll Do
- Welcome patients with a warm smile
- Answer phones and schedule patients efficiently
- Coordinate treatment and recall appointments
- Verify insurance and assist with treatment plan creation
- Communicate clearly and confidently with patients regarding treatment and scheduling
- Maintain an organized and efficient front office
- Work closely with Dr. Gregory and the clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience
What We're Looking For
- Dental front office experience is required
- Experience with Dentrix is preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and positive personality
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently
- Dependable, coachable, and a true team player
- Willingness to take on tasks, when needed, that may be outside normal duties
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in creating a first-class patient experience
