Camp CounselorRole Summary
The Camp Counselor supervises campers, leads daily activities, and ensures a safe, engaging, and positive camp experience. This role is responsible for camper safety, participation, and adherence to camp policies throughout the program.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise campers and ensure their safety at all times
- Lead and support scheduled activities and programs
- Maintain positive behavior and enforce camp rules
- Communicate with campers, parents, and camp leadership as needed
- Assist with setup, cleanup, and daily camp operations
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage groups of children effectively
- Dependable, energetic, and safety-focused
- Prior experience working with children or camps preferred
Salary Range: $16 – $20/hr
Reports to: Service Manager | Head Coach
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
