Job Summary:
We are searching for a motivated team member to join our fast paced, energetic practice. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated data entry driven. This person should have a background in medical assisting, hold (or be able to obtain) a current Medical Assistant Certification, and be willing to learn. While experience is preferred, we will be filling this career position with a candidate who is flexible and wanting to grow in this industry.
Also looking for any esthetician experience.
Compensation: $25.00 / hr DOE
Position: Full Time - 35hours
Location: 410 Prune Aly, Eastsound, WA 98245
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- CPR and Medical Assistance Certification (required within the first 2 months of employment)
- 1 Year experience in eye care or another medical field (preferred)
Some duties may include:
- Operating OCT, Optos, and Visual Fields
- Perform visual acuity, blood pressure, and interocular pressure
- Medical history taking
- Scribing and attaching diagnostic imaging to patient charts
- Sanitation
- May assist with some scheduling
- Low Level Light Therapy treatments
