We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in our established, physician supervised, medical weight loss clinic in Dyersburg, TN.

Our program consists of nutritional modification and prescription appetite suppressants (as medically appropriate) for healthy weight loss and long-term wellness. Clinic has full staff to triage and counsel patients.
Clinical hours are:
Monday 2:00pm - 7:00pm
Wednesday 10:00am - 2:00pm
Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm
Must have DEA number.

Pay: $55.00 - $80.00 per hour
