Package and Delivery Driver Associate - FedEx Ground Contractor
We are W2. NO CDL REQUIRED
This position is to deliver packages in your personal vehicle. Vehicles must be year 2016+
Blues City Carriers is a contracted service provider for FedEx Ground. We are seeking qualified drivers to join our team! We are hiring delivery drivers to cover the Cleveland and McDonald area.
40-100 stops a day, 8-12 shift (part time drivers)
Full time Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday
Part time Schedules: Wednesday and Thursday or Saturday and Sunday
Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver packages adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Load and unload goods ensuring items are handled with care.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity while maintaining timely deliveries.
- Interact professionally with customers during deliveries, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns courteously.
- Verify shipment accuracy, inspect packages for damage, and complete all necessary delivery documentation accurately.
Requirements:
- At least 21 years of age
- F Endorsement (if Tennessee license)
- Proof of insurance
- Valid Driver's License
- Good Motor Vehicle Record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Pay: $24.00 per hour
