Job duties include:

Welcoming guests and identifying their needs through thoughtful consultation and targeted questions.
- Recommending hairstyles, haircuts, and grooming services based on each guest#39;s face shape, lifestyle, and preferences

Washing, rinsing, and drying guests#39; hair using the appropriate shampoos, conditioners, and treatments.
- Styling guests#39; hair using professional products while educating them on product benefits and proper at-home use.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of fade techniques, scissor cutting, and modern men#39;s haircut trends.
- Performing manicures and pedicures according to Tune Up service standards (training provided).
- Ensuring every guest receives exceptional customer service and a consistent Tune Up experience.
- Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of workstations and salon equipment.
- Assisting with retail product recommendations to help guests maintain their style between visits.
- Leading by example in professionalism, punctuality, teamwork, and adherence to Tune Up standards.
- Supporting staff through coaching, training, and maintaining a positive, guest-focused culture.
- Overseeing daily salon operations, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, inventory, and service quality.
