Fertig & Gordon is a fast-growing real estate management company seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our in-house maintenance and contracting division. We handle a wide variety of plumbing needs across our residential and commercial properties — from hydro-jetting and re-piping to fixture installations and full system upgrades.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time opportunity with a steady pipeline of work
- Perform both in-house and bid-based plumbing jobs
- Work with a trusted and expanding property management company
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven plumbing experience
- Must have your own truck, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
- Ability to work independently and professionally in the field
- Knowledge of jetting, repiping, fixture installation, and general plumbing systems
