Quality Control Inspector (Telecom Construction)

What You'll Do as a Quality Control Inspector:
The Quality Control Inspector is a full-time, on-site role based in the Deland/Daytona ares. This role is responsible for performing detailed inspections of telecommunications equipment, installations, and related infrastructure to verify compliance with company standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include documenting inspection findings, preparing reports, and communicating results and recommendations to project managers, engineers, and clients. The Quality Control Inspector will also support quality assurance processes, assist in root-cause analysis for defects or nonconformities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams in the field and office, following safety protocols, and maintaining accurate records to support audits and training activities.
What You'll Need:
- Experience leading construction crews (in telecom)
- Ability to cover a large territory and crews
- Candidates should possess strong skills in telecommunications construction Quality Control and Inspection to assess telecommunications installations and components accurately.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Management to support process improvement, compliance, and consistent service delivery.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to clearly convey findings, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal teams and clients.
- Ability to keep up with a fast pace
- Relevant experience in telecommunications, engineering, or technical inspections is highly beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfort working on-site in field environments, following safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States for this company
- Valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation
