Job description
As a hotel shift engineer, we are seeking a friendly and professional personnel. The associate should be able to perform
- Rooms Preventative maintenance
- knowledge of basic electricity
- Minor repairs to HVAC systems
- Painting and carpentry is a plus
- Flexible with schedule, be able to work on weekends, public holidays and longer shifts if needed
- Assist other departments where needed
- Ability to work unsupervised
Qualifications Preferred:
- Industrial mechanic experience
- Mechanical knowledge
- Electrical experience
- Experience with HVAC systems
- Knowledge of schematics and maintenance procedures
- Ability to work with programmable logic controllers
- Familiarity with hydraulics and precision measuring instruments
- Previous experience in manufacturing or field service
- Strong customer service and analysis skills
- Welding experience is a plus
