Kaldi's Coffee is a multi-brand hospitality company operating across St. Louis and Atlanta, and we're growing. This is a hands-on Senior Accountant role sitting at the center of our financial operations — general ledger, AR, AP, inventory, and cross-functional projects in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.

What You'll Own
Accounts Receivable
- Enter, post, and reconcile AR batches; maintain cash receipts journal and reconcile AR subledger to GL
- Serve as the senior resource for the AR Accounting Specialist — troubleshoot issues, resolve discrepancies
- Respond accurately and promptly to AR status requests from sales and executive leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales, and the broader Accounting team
Accounts Payable
- Review and process AP invoices accurately; oversee 3-way match review and support the AP Accounting Specialist
- Ensure non-PO invoices are coded to the correct GL accounts per established guidelines
- Communicate errors and variances to the Director of Accounting; ensure all AP transactions post to GL accurately
- Maintain supplier record accuracy in partnership with AP Accounting Specialist
Inventory & General Ledger
- Enter inventory counts and process adjustments as needed
- Analyze cost of sales ratios and support other analytical review tasks
- Prepare and enter GL transactions; reconcile general ledger accounts with strong Balance Sheet fluency
- Assist in financial analysis to identify and explain variances
Accounting Projects
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and cost accounting projects
- Enter tax data into government systems; ensure licenses remain compliant
- Support audit preparation and provide documentation as needed
- Other projects as assigned
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- Meaningful experience in a full-cycle accounting role
- ERP experience required; Microsoft GP experience is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities
- Self-directed work style — you don't need to be managed to stay on top of things
- Genuine comfort with technology and an interest in learning new tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to improve accuracy and efficiency

Location & Availability
Must be based in or relocate to St. Louis, MO 63110 prior to start date. This is a full-time, in-person role.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
