Compensation includes competitive hourly pay plus tips, estimated on a per hour basis.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a positive team environment.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to maintain high productivity and operational standards.
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are consistently followed.
- Assist in training and developing new employees on company procedures and expectations.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain strong communication with management and fellow shift leaders.
- Monitor labor, prep levels, and overall shift execution to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Assist with cash handling, deposits, and register accountability.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked restaurant environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age.
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or leadership roles preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and physically demanding environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead a team while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Food safety knowledge and restaurant operational experience preferred.
