Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a pristine environment.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures according to company standards and safety guidelines.
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens with care.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and appliances effectively.
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or cleaning supplies safely and efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a high level of organization and time management to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain cleanliness of cleaning tools and storage areas.
- Assist with outdoor work as needed, including patio or porch cleaning and outdoor surface maintenance.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment, and safety procedures related to custodial work.
- Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple homes.
- Experience with outdoor work or residential housekeeping is a plus.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
