We specialize in orthodontic treatment for children and adults. This includes interceptive, comprehensive & limited treatment options tailored for each patient's needs.
Our office is growing & we are searching for the right person to join our team as a treatment coordinator. We have offices in Scarborough & Gorham. Applicant must be willing to travel to both locations. The ideal candidate would have dental or orthodontic experience. Experience as a treatment coordinator is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Character & attitude are the most important quality we are looking for. The office is open 4 days a week . Job Responsibilities
- Taking orthodontic records (extra-oral & intra-oral photos, radiographs, intra-oral digital scan)
- Documenting & reviewing clinical findings
- Presenting treatment plans & treatment fees
- Answering treatment related questions
- Monitoring & responding to emails from patients
- Verifying patient's insurance benefits
- Patient scheduling
- Answering phones
Work experience
- Customer care
- Phone skills
- Dental or orthodontic experience
- Strong preference for previous treatment coordinator experience

- Associates or Bachelors Degree
