About the Role
As an Extrusion Production Specialist, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations by ensuring high-efficiency output and maintaining rigorous quality standards. You will leverage your technical expertise to optimize machine performance, troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
Responsibilities-
Operate extrusion machinery to meet or exceed production targets for efficiency, waste reduction, and utilization.

Proactively identify and resolve mechanical malfunctions through precise equipment adjustments.

Develop and implement innovative solutions to address production bottlenecks and process challenges.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative production environment.

Maintain accurate documentation of production metrics, machine downtime, and material usage.

Conduct thorough quality inspections to detect defects and adjust machine parameters to ensure product consistency.

Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols, housekeeping standards, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications-
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment as an Extrusion Operator or Setup Technician.

Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated success in troubleshooting extrusion equipment.
