Communicate directly with clients in English and Spanish, including Spanish-speaking clients with limited English proficiency, to provide case updates and obtain detailed information; translate and interpret legal information and case-related communications between English and Spanish; draft, review, and organize legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence; maintain and manage case files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with procedural requirements; coordinate depositions, court appearances, and client appointments; obtain, review, and analyze medical records, police reports, and other case-related documentation; assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and case materials; and perform legal support tasks requiring independent judgment, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of legal procedures.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or closely related field, plus 24 months of experience as a Paralegal.
