Duties
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under the guidance of the kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, bussing tables, and disposing of waste properly.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely service and high-quality food delivery.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
