As the Trade Line Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the Sewer & Excavation department. This dual-focus role involves leading a team of technicians and a specialized Sewer Sales team to drive departmental growth. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient scheduling, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a culture of safety and professionalism across all teams.

Sales Leadership: Manage and lead the Sewer Sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand the trade line's reach.

Technical Supervision: Supervise and lead a team of Sewer & Excavation Technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.

Operations & Scheduling: Allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines and client expectations.

Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to both sales and technical team members.

Quality & Safety: Maintain high-quality standards in installations and repairs while conducting periodic inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer complaints or escalations related to Sewer & Excavation projects.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement initiatives to enhance overall productivity.

Team Engagement: Host mandatory team huddles and routine one-on-ones to foster a positive and collaborative environment.

Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.

Proven experience in Sewer & Excavation project management.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to interact effectively.

In-depth knowledge of Sewer & Excavation systems, equipment, and industry regulations.

Familiarity with project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and tracking project progress.

Certification in Sewer & Excavation Installation and repair is a plus.

Commitment to upholding health and safety standards in the workplace.

Training: Must complete all required company training and be able to travel out-of-state for required certifications.

Probationary Period: A 90-day period with no unapproved absences, tardies, or early dismissals.

Screening: Offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Liability: There is a $500 deduction for accident liability in a company vehicle.
