We are a growing, family owned, industrial supply company serving manufacturers, contractors, maintenance professionals, and commercial businesses at a national level. We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems, and helping customers find the right products to keep their operations running.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online.
- Prepare quotes and process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through product recommendations and cross-selling.
- Work closely with outside sales representatives, purchasing, and warehouse staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Follow up on quotes and customer requests to close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Previous inside sales, customer service, or industrial distribution experience preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial supplies, MRO products, safety equipment, fasteners, tools, or related products is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office , Quickbooks, and CRM or ERP software.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Photoshop experience a plus.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
