Responsibilities:
- Provides on-site daily supervision and essential coverage to consumers in a community residential group home program
- Responsible for assisting consumers with their personal care goals, providing medication education, and observing their self-administration of prescribed medications
- Performs crisis intervention services as needed and reports all consumer concerns to the group home manager
- Participates in the development of consumer activities and encourages consumers to participate in all social, recreational, and therapeutic activities
Qualifications:
- BSW in social work, BS/BA in psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or a related field
- BA in unrelated field with two years of previous experience
- AA with two years of experience in mental health/human services
- Valid Driver’s License
