Requirements:
- Some (minimum of 2 years) management experience required, preferably in a similar type of food service. Food service experience must be in your background.
- Must be fully flexible (or close to) for scheduling including weekends
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to multitask
Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a team
- Completing administrative paperwork accurately
- Cash reconciliation and deposits
- Managing labor on each shift
- Assisting with inventory as needed
- Basic troubleshooting of equipment and communicating issues/needs
- Proactively developing crew members including training, coaching and leading Goal Groups
- Utilizing Progressive Discipline practices and coaching crew members whenever necessary
- Maintaining security of the store at all times
- Ensuring that food product quality, customer service and cleanliness are up to or exceeding standards at all times

Pay: $22.00 - $24.50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
