Learns and assists multiple departments and positions as needed and works with management to proficiently understand how
the Company operates.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learns and assists multiple departments and positions as needed. Departments may include but are not limited to
Operations, Safety, Driver Recruiting, Pricing & Analytics, Maintenance/Shop, and off-site Operations.
- Provides feedback and suggestions on process efficiencies and improvements.
- Works with managers post-training to provide backup, as needed.
- Learns to perform supervisory responsibilities as needed to effectively manage personnel and drivers by coaching, planning,
assigning work, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and training employees.
- Establishes and maintains positive work relationships.
- Travels and/or relocates as needed for additional training and to learn and assist with other locations.
- Receives and carries out instructions.
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
