Minimum requirements for Behavior Management Providers include certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc. as a BCaBA or BCBA or have completed the requirements to sit for the BCBA or BCaBA examination. Must have completed Level II background checks ( https://info.flclearinghouse.com ) , Local Criminal History Checks, and a Children's Functional Assessment Rater (CFAR) number assigned to them.
Contractor will be responsible for client management, scheduling, and documentation such as treatment progress notes, monthly progress report, individualized behavior plans, behavioral assessments, and CFARS.
Coastal Behavioral Therapy maintains contracts with several social service agencies for the Behavior Management contract. Each agency sets forth different documentation requirements and deadlines that each Contractor must comply with in addition to guidelines set forth by the Department of Children and Families (DCF).
