Overview
Federal mental health (www.fedmh.com) is a virtual psychotherapy clinic dedicated to serving federal workers' compensation patients who have been injured on the job, both physically and psychologically. Our mission is to provide high-quality, compassionate psychological care tailored to the unique needs of these clients.
We are seeking Psypact licensed psychologists (PHD or PsyD), who are licensed to practice independently. This is a full time work-from-home position.
Total expected compensation will be atleast $125,000 a year, but exact number will depend on some performance metrics.
Duties
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to federal workers’ compensation patients and other clients injured on the job.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify psychological needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support client recovery and well-being.
- Document all therapy sessions and treatment progress accurately in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards.
- Mantain a caseload of 25-30 clients for weekly visits.
Experience
- Must hold a PHD or PSYD in clinical psychology or counseling
- Must have psypact licensing
- Experience working with injured workers, injured/ chronic pain patients, or federal workers is a plus.
