D&T Construction LLC is a growing general contracting company serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Green Bay and surrounding areas. We are looking for a reliable, skilled carpenter/construction laborer who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and can help our team complete quality projects efficiently and professionally.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled carpenter or experienced construction laborer to assist with a variety of construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with carpentry, remodeling, concrete work, roofing, framing, finish work, and general construction tasks. This role is best suited for someone who is dependable, hardworking, safety-minded, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform general carpentry and construction tasks on residential and commercial projects
- Assist with framing, drywall, trim, doors, windows, flooring, siding, roofing, concrete, and remodeling work
- Help with concrete preparation, forming, pouring, finishing, and cleanup
- Assist with roofing repairs, tear-offs, installation, and general roof work as needed
- Measure, cut, and install materials accurately
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Follow instructions from supervisors and project leads
- Help load, unload, and move materials as needed
- Work safely and professionally around customers, team members, and subcontractors
Requirements
- Prior carpentry, concrete, roofing, or general construction experience preferred
- Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and ability to show up on time
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
- Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and on roofs when needed
- Comfortable working in different weather conditions
- Ability to follow directions and work well with others
- Valid driver’s license preferred

- Framing experience
- Finish carpentry experience
- Remodeling experience
- Concrete forming, pouring, or finishing experience
- Roofing, siding, or exterior work experience
- Drywall and flooring experience
- Ability to read basic plans or measurements
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time hours
- Occasional overtime may be available depending on project needs
