About the Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical member of our technical team, ensuring the seamless operation of complex production machinery. You will leverage your expertise in electrical systems and mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime and optimize facility performance.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules to ensure the longevity and reliability of all production and facility equipment.

Diagnose and resolve intricate issues within hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to maintain high operational efficiency.

Interpret complex electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics to perform precise repairs and system upgrades.

Rebuild critical mechanical components, such as pumps and cylinders, by strictly adhering to technical blueprints.

Utilize advanced welding and fabrication tools, including MIG, stick, and plasma cutting equipment, to support facility infrastructure.

Install and configure electrical circuits and conduit systems to meet evolving production requirements.

Analyze PLC ladder logic to identify faults and restore automated processes quickly.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring all housekeeping standards are upheld to promote operational safety.
Qualifications-
Proven experience troubleshooting mechanical power train components like gearboxes, bearings, and conveyors.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical prints and PLC logic.

Demonstrated ability to safely operate hand, power, and specialized industrial tools.

Strong background in industrial electrical systems and automation circuitry.

Completion of coursework in industrial robotics, PLCs, or advanced hydraulics and pneumatics.

Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley systems, including Micrologix, SLC 500, and RSLogix 500.

Prior experience working within a unionized manufacturing environment.

Active enrollment or certification in electrical controls and manufacturing systems.
