Overview
Premier Landscape LLC is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a landscape laborer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and wants to grow with a friendly, dedicated crew as we wrap up the 2026 season before transitioning into snow removal.
What you’ll do: - Assist with daily landscape maintenance, installation, and clean-up tasks - Load and unload materials, operate basic tools, and follow safety protocols - Help with mulching, pruning, mowing, edging, hardscape and plant bed preparation - Assist crew leaders on job sites to ensure timely, high-quality results - Perform light administrative tasks like basic site prep and material organization when needed
What we’re looking for: - Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude - Reliable and punctual with a willingness to learn - Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions - Good communication skills and a team-first mindset - Prior landscaping or general construction experience is a plus, but not required - Valid driver’s license is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
