Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per session
Salary: Negotiable (based on license and experience / Fee-for-Service)

Position Overview
The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for conducting clinical assessments/diagnostic evaluations, providing individual and group therapy, developing and monitoring treatment plans, and documenting progress. This role requires the ability to work with a diverse client population using various treatment approaches.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations

Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions

Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans

Document significant client interactions and maintain accurate clinical records

Track and report client progress

Collaborate with other providers and staff to ensure comprehensive care
Minimum Qualifications

Active master’s level license in Maryland: LMSW, LGPC, LCSW, LCSW-C, or LCPC

At least 1 year of comparable clinical experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to working with diverse populations
