RE/MAX Champions is looking for a customer-service oriented individual to greet clients and support agents in a growing office. We are looking for someone who is dependable and presents a professional, positive demeanor. In addition to administrative responsibilities, this role will assist with social media content, print materials, and creative projects that support our agents and brokerages overall marketing goals.
- Open office daily
- Greet incoming clients and guests
- Answer phones and handle incoming/outgoing mail
- Help agents with posting social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Create and design promotional material like flyers and postcards
- Take photos for real estate closings to post on social media
- Reserve conference rooms for meetings, trainings and events
- Maintain appearance of office
- Order supplies to maintain inventory
- Assist owners, managers and agents with various tasks
Skills
- Customer service oriented
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to multitask and manage disruptions
- Knows how to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills
- Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving skills and solution oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience creating social media content & short-form videos is a plus
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Knowledge in CRM management is a plus

- Monday – Friday
- 8:30am – 5:00pm
