What we need from you:

Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and providing a 5-star experience for all customers.

Act as a membership expert by explaining plan benefits, assisting with renewals, and scheduling seasonal visits.

Make Outbound calls on special promotions.

Communicate with customers via phone, text, email, and chat.
What we are looking for:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry.

Service Titan Experience strongly preferred

Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
