This is a full-time, local delivery position working Monday through Friday, daytime hours, with the opportunity to earn competitive pay.

Compensation
- $23.50–$27.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Mileage pay.

Position Summary
This role requires operating a Class A commercial motor vehicle in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. You'll enjoy the independence of driving while also being part of a supportive team.
Essential Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle/Flatbed to deliver products to customer locations.
- Load, transport, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Verify delivery orders for accuracy and obtain required delivery documentation.
- Operate a Moffett (truck-mounted forklift) and/or forklift to unload products (training available for qualified candidates).
- Provide professional, courteous customer service at every stop.
- Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules.
- Comply with all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean commercial driving record.
- Complete required logs, inspections, and delivery paperwork accurately.
- Assist with warehouse and yard operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Minimum one year of recent, verifiable Flatbed commercial driving experience.
- Forklift and/or Moffett experience preferred (training and certification available for qualified candidates).
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with zero or positive point balance.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, and repeatedly climb in and out of commercial vehicles and forklifts.
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Roanoke, VA location.
