Assisted Living Community is looking for an energetic, genuine, outgoing, motivated individual to join our team as our new marketing director!
This position involves working with seniors, family members, and professionals in a fun and rewarding environment. The scheduled days would be Monday-Friday with the possibility of an occasional weekend tour, depending on marketing needs.
The Marketer is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships. Frequent referral sources include but are not limited to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, Independent living communities, senior centers, and physician offices. The marketer is an educator, providing current information about the community. The Marketer meets with the resident and family members to work through the move-in process, including touring potential residents and their families and following up with them. We are looking for someone with senior living and inside and outside marketing experience. Salary will be based on experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, preferred
Driver’s license
Prior success with the development and implementation of a sales and marketing plan
Familiarity with home health and hospice care and medical terminology
Marketing experience within a health care setting
Knowledge of branding, marketing, networking, public relations, and sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to compile data and compose reports
Ability to meet deadlines and quotas
Ability to manage a marketing budget
Ability to pass a background check
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft office
Have a friendly attitude
Possess a love for the elderly population
Excellent time management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
