School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – In-Person | Brookline, MA Area | 2026–2027 School Year
Kindspire Education is hiring dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students throughout the Brookline, MA area during the 2026–2027 school year. If you're passionate about helping students achieve success through positive behavioral support and enjoy working as part of a collaborative school team, we'd love to hear from you.
This is an in-person position with placements available across elementary, middle, and high school settings. We offer a variety of caseloads, age groups, and levels of behavioral support to best align with your experience and interests.
Position Details:
- Full-time, school-based position
- 2026–2027 school year
- Monday–Friday school schedule

Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA or school team
- Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support
- Collect and document behavioral data to monitor student progress
- Reinforce communication, social, academic, and adaptive skills
- Support students during classroom instruction and daily routines
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and special education staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of ABA or school-based behavioral experience preferred
- Experience working with students with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in person throughout the school year
