Location: Southwest Florida | Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN Opportunities
Ring Therapy Services (RTS) is a small, family-owned pediatric speech therapy practice based in beautiful Southwest Florida. Founded by a husband-and-wife team raising four young children of our own, we understand firsthand the importance of flexibility, communication, support, and work-life balance — both for the families we serve and the clinicians we work alongside.
We intentionally built the kind of pediatric practice we wished existed when we were clinicians ourselves: supportive, collaborative, flexible, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of.
This position offers a blended caseload across private practice and Lee County schools, with additional opportunities in preschool and teletherapy settings depending on availability. We believe this variety creates a more balanced and engaging work week while helping clinicians grow their confidence, sharpen their skills, and discover the settings they enjoy most — rather than being boxed into one population or environment.
Whether you're an experienced clinician or someone looking for a more supportive and relationship-driven environment, we'd love to connect.
