Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and surface sanitization
- Use professional cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to achieve high-quality results
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all areas meet company standards and client expectations
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and address any special requests
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly
- Keep accurate records of completed tasks and time spent on each property
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Experience with commercial cleaning environments is a plus, showcasing familiarity with larger-scale or specialized cleaning procedures
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures is advantageous
