Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors to support project success.

Review project proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents to prepare accurate estimates.

Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits (some travel required) to assess job site conditions and project scope.

Interpret and analyze project specifications and drawings.

Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for labor, equipment, and materials.

Identify project approach, resource requirements, and timelines for each estimate.

Calculate costs by analyzing labor, equipment, materials, and time requirements.

Prepare and submit comprehensive bid proposals.

Lead estimate turnover processes for successful bids and manage change orders as needed.

Document and evaluate historical cost data to inform future estimates.

Analyze and mitigate project risks in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards.

Contribute to team goals by supporting related tasks as needed.

Utilize HCSS, Primavera, and Excel for estimating and project management tasks.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in demolition estimating or a related construction field.

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Proficiency with HCSS, Primavera, and Microsoft Excel.

Strong time management and organizational skills.
