Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site support and maintenance for our customers' equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites - Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance - Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment - Document all service activities, including repairs, parts used, and customer interactions - Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site
Experience
