Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse / Parts Specialist to join our team. This hands-on position combines warehouse operations, inventory management, order processing, light purchasing, and ERP system administration. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys ensuring parts are accurately received, stored, shipped, and available when needed.
Responsibilities Include:

Process customer sales orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments and pickups

Staging parts for Tech jobs

Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy against purchase orders, and properly stock parts

Coordinate and execute transfers of parts and materials
-
Maintain accurate inventory levels in the warehouse and ERP system

Assist with purchasing: create purchase orders, follow up with vendors, and source parts as needed.

Update and maintain parts pricing, costs, and master data within the ERP system

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and returns.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) as needed

Ship parts via FedEx, UPS, LTL carriers

Provide exceptional internal customer service to technicians and other departments

Requirements:
Required Experience:
-
2+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or parts department role (automotive, industrial, or similar industry preferred)

Experience using an ERP system strongly preferred

Basic purchasing and vendor management experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-
Ability to lift 50–70 lbs. regularly and perform physical warehouse tasks

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-
Positive attitude and team player mentality
-
Forklift certificate needed within 30 days of start date.
