We are looking for an experienced Finance & Administration Manager who will serve as a strategic business partner to our CEO by providing financial insight, improving cash flow management, and supporting key business decisions.

Position Summary
The Finance & Administration Manager will oversee the company's financial planning, reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and administrative functions. This position works closely with the CEO to provide accurate financial information, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend strategies that increase profitability and strengthen the company's financial position.
This is a leadership role for someone who is analytical, proactive, and capable of turning financial information into actionable business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor daily cash position and recommend strategies to improve liquidity.
- Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze budget versus actual performance and explain key variances.
- Develop financial dashboards and executive reports for the CEO.
- Analyze profitability by customer, business unit, and operational performance.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Monitor working capital and improve cash conversion.
- Establish and strengthen financial controls and administrative processes.
- Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
- Prepare financial information for banking relationships, audits, and external reporting.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across finance and administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
- At least 3 years of leadership or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and financial analysis.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with QB or accounting systems.
- Experience using Power BI or other business intelligence tools is a plus.
- Experience in the transportation, logistics, or trucking industry is highly preferred.
