(LIVE-IN ONLY): We are seeking a Property Maintenance Superintendent with 2-3 years of apartment maintenance experience - with 2-3 years of light plumbing and electrical experience requires.
The position is responsible for working independently or assisting in the repair and maintenance functions of the property(s).
- IMPORTANTLY - MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION AND A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.
- Education – High School Diploma / GED Equivalent. Trade School or some post secondary education a plus.
- Experience in property management, or other real estate work. Construction experience is a plus. Lite plumbing & electrical experience.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
Essential Duties – Maintenance Responsibilities
- Maintenance Requests: Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair in a timely and professional manner.Move-ins:
- Prepare apartments “make ready” for new tenants.
- Leasing: Show apartments to potential tenants.
- Preventative Maintenance: Complete preventative maintenance work.Maintain Grounds: Basic landscaping work and snow and ice removal.Cleaning:
- Common Area cleaning and removal garage, trash and other debris from the property.
- Work with other Real Estate Growth Advisors staff and at other properties as needed.

Pay: $24.00 per hour
